[Women's Track] Lady Bulldogs compete at NAIA Indoor Nationals

 The women's track and field team is set to compete this weekend at the 2015 NAIA Indoor National Championships, which will take place at the Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio. The meet will get started on Thursday, March 5th and continue through Saturday, March 7th.

There will be two individuals competing in two distance events this weekend.

Leah Chance will start the meet for the Lady Bulldogs in the 5,000m race. Chance ran an indoor school record earlier this season in the 5k with a time of 18:28.95. She also continued her stellar indoor season by setting a personal best in the 3,000m race two weekends ago at the UCS Invitational. Her semifinal race will be the first running event of the meet on Thursday afternoon with a 4:00pm start time. The final of the 5,000m race will then take place Saturday afternoon at 3:10pm. Chance is currently ranked twenty-ninth on the performance with a time of 18:31.45.

The other individual to compete for the Lady Bulldogs this weekend is Robbiccaa Williams. Williams will be competing in the 3,000m race at Nationals. She ran a NAIA A Standard in the 3k with a time of 10:27.26 earlier this indoor season, which also was an indoor school record. Williams also set indoor school records this season in the mile and in the distance medley relay. Williams will be going into the meet ranked sixteenth in the 3k with a time of 10:29.06. Her semifinal race will be schedule to go off at 4:25pm and the final is scheduled for Saturday afternoon at 2:05pm.
