Here are the nominees for this week's DyeStat Performance of the Week. Please choose three. 

 

Alexa Efraimson, Camas/Nike WA: She ran 2:01.13 at the Portland Twilight to become the fourth-fastest high school girl ever in the 800 meters. 

 

Nicole Montgomery, Lewis-Palmer CO: The Kansas commit ran a US#2 time of 52.95 in the 400 meters and also 24.61(200) and 12.16 (100) on the way to three Class 4A titles.

 

Ryan Clark, Banneker GA: He ran wind-legal US#1 10.26 for the 100 meters at the Georgia state meet and also 20.71 to win the 200. 

 

Keshun Reed, Martin TX: The junior ran a new US#1 45.75 at the Texas state championships. He also anchored his team to US#1 40.33 in the 4x100 relay.

 

Devin Duvernay, Sachse TX: The junior ran US#2 10.27 in the 100 meters, shaving more than a tenth off of his previous PR. That's No. 6 all-time for a junior.

 

Julia Heymach, Lamar TX: She ran a terrific double with US#5 10:14.62 in the 3200 and US#2 4:40.97 at the Texas state meet. 

 

Kendall Sheffield, Marshall TX: He ran a US#1 13.42 in the 110 hurdles at the Texas state meet. 

 

Samantha Gonzalez, Creekview TX: She ran US#1 and No. 10 all-time 40.81 in the 300 hurdles at the Texs state meet. That's No. 18 all-time.

 

Marshall TX boys 4x200: This relay won the Class 5A title with US#2 1:24.01, good for No. 6 all-time.

 

Adrian Piperi, The Woodlands TX: His throws double at the Texas state meet was impressive - US#5 65-5.25 in the SP and US#17 188-2 in the discus.

 

Marcus McWilliams, Plugerville TX: He ran 13.37 in the 110 hurdles with a 5.1 tailwind at the Texas state meet. That doesn't register as a national leader but it's No. 17 all-time all conditions.

 

Kingwood TX boys 4x400: With Dewitt Thomas diving through the air at the finish line, Kingwood nipped Manvel for the win and also US#3 3:12.44 in Texas.

 

Paulo Benavides, Franklin TX: He broke the Texas Class 6A meet record in the pole vault with 17-6.50. 

 

Kiana Horton, Judson TX: She ran a wind-aided 23.10 in the 200 meters at the Texas state meet.

 

Alexis Duncan, DeSoto TX: She ran 13.25 in the 100 meter hurdles with a 2.3 wind reading. That's No. 15 all-time all-conditions.

 

Jesse Reiser, McHenry IL: He ran US#5 8:49.40 in the 3,200 at the Fox Valley Conference meet. 

 

Elena Bruckner, San Jose Valley Christian CA: She launched the discus 182-8 for a new US#1 and fifth best all-time in California and No. 10 all-time in the U.S.

 

Jordyn Colter, Cherry Creek CO: She lowered her PR in the 800 again, to 2:04.56, in the Colorado state finals.

 

Charlotte Brown, Rains TX: This senior pole vaulter is one of the most inspirational track athletes in the country. Despite being blind she cleared 11-6 for third place in the Class 4A Texas state meet.

 

Rai Benjamin, Mt. Vernon NY: He ran a New York state record 50.45 in the 400 hurdles at the Westchester County Championships. 

 

Lexi Weeks, Cabot AR: She jumped 14-2 in the pole vault at the Arkansas Meet of Champions, which is No. 3 all-time.

 

Donovan Brazier, Kenowa Hills MI: He ran a US#1 1:48.07 at his regional meet in Grand Haven, breaking his own all-time Michigan record in the 800.

 

Madison Wiltrout, Connellsville PA: A week after setting a new national record in the girls javelin, she backed it up with a 181-foot throw at the WPIAL Championships. It's the third-farthest throw in prep history.

 

Blake Yount, Smoky Hills CO: He ran US#2 1:50.51 in the 800 meters at the Colorado state meet.

 

Mark Rubalcaba, Faith Lutheran NV: He jumped US#5 24-8 in the long jump at the Nevada state meet. He also went 48-6.50 to win the triple jump.

 

DJ Ledell, River Bluff SC: Just a sophomore, he jumped US#3 49-8.50 in the triple jump at the South Carolina state meet.

 

Elijah Armstrong, Pocatello ID: He won this 11th, 12th and 13th state titles at the Idaho state championships (including cross country).
