Here is the latest DyeStatCAL Performance of the Week poll. With so many strong efforts, please review this week's 20 nominees and choose up to 5:

 

Rachel Baxter, Anaheim Canyon, Soph. - Cleared a lifetime-best 13-3 in the pole vault, the No. 2 mark and tied for No. 8 in the U.S., to win her first Orange County Championships title.

Hope Bender, Newport Harbor, Sr. - Won the 300-meter hurdles at the Orange County Championships in only her second race in the event in 43.39, No. 8 in the state.

Hannah Benoit-Bucher, Buchanan, Sr. - Set meet record at Sanger Metric Classic with a 4:55.09 in the 1,600 and also doubled in the 800 in 2:12.72.

Alex Billing, Simi Valley, Sr. - Ran a state-leading wind-legal mark of 13.89 in the 110 hurdles, No. 9 in the U.S., in a dual meet against Royal.

Seth Brooks, Kingsburg, Jr. - Produced a wind-legal leap of 47-9 1/2 in the triple jump, No. 4 in the state and ninth in the U.S., at the Sanger Metric Classic.

Nick Coghill, Valencia/Placentia, Sr. - The Orange County Championships male field athlete of the meet with a personal-best 61-2 in the shot put and 180-8 in the discus throw.

Destiny Collins, Great Oak, Jr. - Ran the No. 2 time in the state and seventh in the U.S. with a 10:19.23 in the 3,200 in a dual meet against Murrieta Mesa.

Courtney Corrin, Harvard-Westlake, Jr. - Demonstrated her range by winning the 400, 300 hurdles, long jump and triple jump in dual-meet victory over Notre Dame.

Skyler Daniel, Upland, Sr. - Cleared personal-best 5-9 in the high jump to tie for No. 2 in the state and 13th nationally in dual meet against Rancho Cucamonga.

Amanda Gehrich, Tesoro, Jr. - Set school record with 10:32.56 in the 3,200 and doubled with a 4:47.70 in the 1,600 to earn female distance athlete of the meet at Orange County Championships.

George Gleason, Huntington Beach, Sr. - Ran a personal-best 9:10.72 in the 3,200 to win the Orange County Championships.

Morganne Hill, Bakersfield Liberty, Sr. - Won 100 hurdles, 300 hurdles and 4 x 100 relay to earn female track athlete of the meet at Patriot Games, in addition to anchoring runner-up 4 x 400 relay (3:58.38) in 55.2.

Connor Meech, San Juan Hills, Sr. - Doubled in the 110 hurdles (14.64) and 300 hurdles (37.52), No. 2 in the state and 19th nationally, at the Orange County Championships.

Fiona O'Keeffe, Davis Senior, Jr. - Ran season-best 4:48.78 in the 1,600, No. 3 in the state and 13th in the U.S., in dual meet against Monterey Trail.

Joey Souza, Kingsburg, Sr. - Set meet record at Sanger Metric Classic with wind-legal 24-5 1/2 in the long jump, No. 2 in the state and fourth nationally.

Austin Tamagno, Brea-Olinda, Jr. - Tied meet record at the Orange County Championships with 1:52.33 in the 800, No. 4 in the state and 17th in the U.S., to earn male distance athlete of the meet.

Isaac Trevino, Bakersfield Centennial, Sr. - State leader in the 800 ran No. 6 in the state 48.01 in the 400 to triple at the Patriot Games, including the 800 and 4 x 400 relay.

Gabe Warner, Woodbridge, Sr. - Male track athlete of the meet at Orange County Championships won 200, 400, 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 and helped Warriors capture first team title.

Ashley Willingham, Los Alamitos, Jr. - Female track athlete of the meet at Orange County Championships won 400, 4 x 100, 4 x 400 and took runner-up in 200 to help Griffins win first team title.

Nordhoff boys 4 x 800 relay - Varian Wilson, Landis Meyer, Elijah Balderas and Cameron Kunde clocked U.S. No. 2 7:43.93 to place third behind two Jamaican teams at the Penn Relays.
