So before anyone points out my mistake, I'll fess up.  I apparently can't tell the difference between Jaoquin Chapa and Andy Wheating.  Andy was Oregon's 800 meter leg and deserves all the bragging rights in the world for splitting a 1:50-1:51 with one shoe (not that Chapa isn't a stud too!).  Sorry for the mix-up, what can I say, I'm human and I make mistakes.
