Matt Bingle has helped Minnesota achieve 3 Big-Ten Indoor titles and a Big-Ten Outdoor title in his 11 seasons with the team.  He is currently director of women's cross country and track for the Gophers.  He talks about his program and the importance of building a track and field "family".
