The overhead back (OHB) medicine ball throw is a simple exercise that can provide many strength, power, and muscle firing timing benefits if done correctly. This exercise can be a great precursor to squats or power cleans, and can be safely done individually and at any location. In the absence of weight equipment (i.e. traveling, summer w/no access to school gyms), this exercise can be used.
