24 September 2012 - Brazil topped the medal table and obtained the team title at the fifth edition of the South American Under-23 Championships. The event was held on 22-23 September at the “Est dio caro de Castro Mello” in S o Paulo. A total of 13 Championship records were improved during the two days of competition.
