Fall is here, and while the weather is cooling off, you guys are heating up.

I could feel the excitement in the air earlier this week during my brief trip to the Minneapolis area. The possibility of another trip to Oregon for the Wayzata XC crew is keeping them siked to train in will surely be some tumultuous weather the next month as the rains will so turn to snow.

That's cross country - you deal with what you're given. Hopefully the rest of you have the same attitude those guys do.

Alright dudes, there's light at the end of the tunnel and I'm going to go check it out. I hope you do, too!
