Zach Perrin of Kalispell Flathead and Danielle Aragon of Billings Senior have been named the Montana Gatorade Track and Field Athletes of the year.

It was another state meet, another indoor pole vault competition for the state’s high school track and field athletes, who couldn’t fight the elements in either Bozeman or Butte.

BOZEMAN – Jalyssa Gorder of Sidney cleared 11 feet, 6 inches late Saturday night to win the girls’ pole vault at the State A track meet.

BOZEMAN – The Loyola Sacred Heart Breakers didn’t win any events Saturday in the snow and the wind and the rain at the State B track and field meet.
