Ionia girls cross country team goes 2-0 in double dual meet against Grand Ledge and Potterville on Thursday, August 30

Ionia defeated Potterville 25-34, and defeated Grand Ledge 19-40. 

Jenna Koelsch led Ionia runners (22:17), and finished second overall. 

"It was sunny, hot, and a very tough course," Ionia coach Margie Collison said.

Potterville's Mariah Hill-Green led all runners with 21:05.
