Paced by Travis Barclay and Nathan Christianson's second- and third-place finishes, the Chargers registered a score of 27 to outdistance runner-up Edinburg North, which finished with 108 points. Champion also came away with a team title in the girls 4A division as the Chargers totaled 100 to slip past District 27-4A foe New Braunfels Canyon (105).
