Ryan Hall is enjoying Tebow-mania from a distance

REDDING, Calif. – When you are an elite marathoner ramping up for one of the biggest races in your life, about all you do is sleep (a lot), eat (not much) and run (100-plus miles a week).
And, in the case of Ryan Hall, you follow with joy the exploits of fellow Christian athlete Tim Tebow.
"It's been a lot of fun to watch," Hall says of the Tebow-mania that has swept through the NFL and even reached this remote Northern California outpost where Hall moved in October to train for the Jan. 14 U.S. Olympic marathon trials in Houston.
