LIVE Meet videos!

Let me start by saying do you guys like my holiday theme? No one has comment on it, so I am beginning to think that no one likes it.

Secondly I would like to say that I have a track meet tomorrow! First one in a few weeks now. I have to run at least an 8.7 in this meet to be somewhat of competition for other runners at the upcoming Dartmouth Relays. Coach put that down as my time and I have to prove him right. More info will come along with results in my video blo gon friday.

One more think is that I tonight I will be workin gon adding a live video stream to my page here on RunnerSpace. This will be possible through the Qik service available on my iPhone 3G. If I have 3G service I will be doing short live streams right from the track. I may even have a buddy stream my hurdle race live to you all!

Here is my schedule for the 2008-2009 high school indoor track season. This is a by month sort of thing.

December:

Saturday 6th - 1B Meet - 1:15-5:30pm @ Union College

Tuesday 16th - 2B Meet - 4:00-9:00pm @ Hudson Valley Community College

Saturday 27th - 3CMeet - 1:15-5:30pm @ Hudson Valley Community College

	I just did some normal workouts (i.e. 6x200 and 6x150) in deep snow. I also did some foot speed drills and got tons of snow in my pants! empb28 (Dec 26 2008, 08:45 PM)

	Are you sure you don't want to take advantage of snow on the ground? It's fun just to try a workout in deep snow. It looks like our snow is well on it's way to melting, but I made sure to get a few workouts in it while it lasted. empb28 (Dec 26 2008, 07:19 PM)

	Have you ever considered doing atrack workout in the snow? The way I see it is, if there is significant snow on the ground, then mother nature has provided a resistance training tool for you. Ok, here's how to change your brother's backround. Click the Profile Design Tab on his main page. Go down to the CSS box at the bottom and type this in:

background-image: url(INSERT YOUR URL);
background-attachment: fixed;}

Obviously, where it says INSERT YOUR URL, do it. I got mine from wallpaperbase.com. there's some interesting abstract images on that site. Also, please stop being better than me at everything, it's annoying.
