Hey, the names Patrick. Im a junior at Niceville High School in Niceville, FL. I've been running for 6 years. I run for the Niceville varsity Cross Country team with a current 5K PR of 17:16 and I run for the Niceville varsity Track team with a 1600 time of 5:04 (didn't the chance to break 5 this past season.) and a 3200 time of 10:34 (9th in the district). Training and practice is the most important part of my career right now. I love running but I take both Cross Country and Track very seriously. No pain no gain.
