Hello.  My name is Lane Gremillion and I have been running for about 10 years.  I compete in races of all distances.  I have completed 3 marathons, with a PR of 3:45:45 in Houston this year.  I plan to attempt my first ultra-marathon in 2010; a 50 miler.  I am from the central Louisiana area and am interested in hearing from all runners, but especially those from Louisiana.
