2009 Season...

Uff 2009... a big year... In this season I run PR in a lot of events.. from 400 meters to 5,000 meters... this was a good year .. in march I run a 1:51 in the 800meters leg in the distance relay.. that finish first with 9:40.. then 1 week later I run 1:52 in 800mts race.. and 2 weeks from the relays I run 3:54.6 in 1,500 meters... that improve my past PR of 1:53.6 and 4:00... then in april I run the final leg of the 4x400meters in 48.9... a new PR (I was running 50 sec in HS) and 9:07 in 3,000 step .. breaking my PR of 9:17 for 10 second... In my last race, last week.. I get injured ... I was going in pace to break up the 9 minutes barrier on the 3,000step..  I run the first mile in 4:40... 3-1/2 laps to go... then in the 2,000 I fall from the obstacle.. I get injured.. I stop in the 2,000 because the pain.. i can't keep running the race... I stop the clock on 5:53...

Rigth now Im in recuperation from the injured.. I'm crazy to get back running...

He competido en el 100m, en 200m, y en el 400m. Yo no he competido en un vestigio desde el colegio. Ahora corro carreras en carretera.

I run the 200 and 400 a lot. Sometimes I run the 8. I'd run a lot better times for those races if I didn't die halfway into them. Or maybe I'd run better times for them if I ate a Krispy Kreme doughnut right before I ran them! :-} (See RS'er cnick's blogs for more information)

Those are pretty good! So your essentially a universal runner in the way that you do everything from sprints to distance? Your training program put be pretty strenuous since you have so much to focus on.

Well, I'll add you to my friend's list. It's been awhile since I've been adding random RS'ers to my friend's list anyway. What are your PR's in the 15 and 8?
