Who I Am...

Hey whats up everyone my name is Chris Mabe and I used to be one of the best runners in the state of North Carolina until I joined the marines and started working out alot.  I am from Winston-Salem, NC and went to Carver hight where I still hold records from 800 meters all the way up to 5000 meters.  I have been in the marines for 3 and a half years and I am about to reenlist for another 4.  I gave up running but now I am getting back in it as one day I hope to get anotehr PR in the 5000 meters.  If you want to know anything else come talk to me, laters

Well after taking 3 years off from high svhool I ma getting back into runnign and back then I was like 155 ls and was running about 10 miles aday and now I am like 210  and can not really run a mile straight now someone pray for me nad please motavate me to keep running
