Track Events Weigh Security After Boston Marathon Bombings

The effects of the Boston Marathon bombings are rippling across track and field as the sport kicks off its spring season.
Officials overseeing the University of Pennsylvania's Penn Relays said Thursday that guests will be prohibited from bringing backpacks into the stands at the event, which begins next Thursday and lasts three days.
