PRINCETON,
N.J.—The Penn women’s track and field team headed to the Garden State
this weekend to compete in the Larry Ellis Invitational hosted by
Princeton.
The Quakers ran to several top-five finishes, including two in the top three in the 1,500 meter run.
Lisa Barnett finished second in the 1,500 meters at 4:46.89 with teammate Charlotte Lawson just behind her in third place at 4:47.50.
Pari Hashemi recorded an additional top-five finish when she ran to fifth place in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.05.
