Class 1A Track: LCS' Mutz Takes 4th In Class 1A 3,200 Final

JACKSONVILLE | Lakeland Christian's Mark Mutz gambled without regret and finished fourth in the 3,200 meter run Friday in the FHSAA Class 1A state track meet at the University of North Florida's Hodges Stadium.

Mutz took the lead after the first mile of the 3,200 meter run, but couldn't hold it, crossing the finish line in 9:27.25 to improve his school record time by half a second.

"I don't have any regrets," he said.
