EUGENE, Ore. – Two great decathlon careers moved in opposite directions Saturday at the U.S. Olympic track and field trials.
  • Ashton Eaton set a world record in the decathlon after winning the 1,500. The former Oregon star was cheered by the home crowd at Hayward Field on Saturday.
