The biggest move forward in the rankings since the last release (on January 29) was made by Princeton, who easily handled Harvard and Yale on Saturday in their annual triangular meet. Entering the rankings for the first time this year is North Carolina, despite coming out on the short end of a triangular with Nebraska and Alabama.
These rankings are unlikely to change much if at all before the final indoor rankings are released on Monday, as none of the top 20 teams will see dual meet action between now and then.
To be considered for the indoor rankings, a team must compete in at least one dual meet during the indoor season, using TFN's definition of a dual meet as a scored meet between four or fewer teams. Rankings will be kept during the outdoor season for an indoor/outdoor composite.
