If Republican vice-president candidate Paul Ryan was to describe this event, he would have compared it to the growth in our National Debt.  This event added runners.. a whole alot of runners compared to 2011.

I was all smile when I set upon Shadow Mountain Park in Sparks, NV and saw what was like a prelude to a National Running event.  It was amazing -- well, for Sparks, NV standards.  

Although I didn't see any teams from Idaho this year, but the Californian schools came across the border as if Nevada was the land of milk and honey instead of the real story ( you fill in the blank).

Is this race better off than last year.. YES it is.  You betcha.  But of course.. And truth be told (the fact of the matter) , YES I am better off than four years ago.
