30 min, 4 miles easy, titan ten, felt good cardio wise, my ankles hurt and so do my knees and lower back

June 9, 2009 - Tuesday 

35 min, 5 miles, myrtl, felt good, my left achilles was a little sore but it warmed upeventually

June 10, 2009 - Wednesday

off, titan ten

June 11, 2009 - Thursday

32 min, 5 miles covered, we were running fast but i still felt pretty good, then i did the pedestal routine

June 12, 2009 - Friday

47 min, ran out at siltcoos trail, felt good, just did two loops for about six miles then i did a big ten and the lunges in place of lifting

June 13, 2009 - Saturday

off

June 14, 2009 - Sunday

50 min, 7 miles, out at sutton, felt pretty good the whole time, added on to sunday run, did big ten

June 15, 2009 - Monday
