As Amanda Bingson packs her bags for London, there are other Nevadans competing at the Olympic Track and Field Trials in Eugene, Oregon.

Becky Holiday became the 2nd Nevada athlete to punch her ticket for London.  Holiday, a Reed HS and U. of Oregon grad, placed 2nd in the Pole Vault clearing 4.55 (14-11.00).  McQueen's Logan Miller also competed in the vault but No-Heighted in the event.

Collier Lawrence, former Reno HS an U. of Washington athlete will be competing in the Women's Steeplechase on June 25.

Carson HS grad Mike Arnold competed in the Men's Pole Vault. Arnold is competing for Idaho State.  This event will be held on June 25th.

In the Women's 800m Boulder City grad Katie Palmer made it through the prelims and will be competing in the semi-finals.  Her time in the prelims was 2:03.66 and that was the last qualifying spot.

In the Men's 800, Galena HS grad Joe Abbott ran 1:48.16 in the prelims but did not advance.

UNLV coach Khadevis Robinson has made it through to the 800 meter final that will be contested June 25 at 7:47pm.

In the Men's shot put, White Pine grad Zack Lloyd will be competing Saturday at 3:00pm.

In the Women's High Jump, State Champ Gabby Williams will compete on June 28th beginning at 5:00pm.
