PM - VB 4 miles 

Tuesday, April 3 (practice @ 6th period)

Group 1 - 14 miles w/ 4x200 baton passes

Group 2 - 12 miles w/ 8x100 strides 

Group 3 - 12 miles w/ 8x100 strides

Group 4 - 10 miles w/ 8x100 strides

Group 5 - 8 miles w/ 8x100 strides

Wednesday, April 4 (practice @ 6:30am)

ALL - 5 miles

Thursday, April 5 - El Rancho Dual Meet

Friday, April 6 (practice @ 6:30am or Arcadia Invite)

ALL - 5 miles

Saturday, April 7 - Arcadia or Irvine Invitational or OFF

ALL - 5 miles

Sunday, April 8 (practice on own)

VB - 5 miles

VG - 4 miles

NV - 3 miles
