Monday, April 16 (practice @ 6:30am) BRING SPIKES!!!

ALL 5 miles (100/200/400/200/100 @ 200/400/800 pace with equal distance rest)

PM - 4 miles Varsity Boys 

Tuesday, April 17 (practice @ 6th period) 

Group 1 - 12 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes

Group 2 - 10 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes

Group 3 - 10 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes

Group 4 - 8 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes

Group 5 - 6 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes

Wednesday, April 18 (practice @ 6:30am) 

ALL - 5 miles - premeet

Thursday, April 19 (La Serna Dual Meet @ La Serna)

ALL - 9-10 miles

Friday, April 20 (Practice @ 6:30am)

ALL - 5 miles recovery run

Saturday, April 21 (San Gabriel Valley Championships)

5-10 miles or 5 miles on own if not racing

Sunday, April 22 (on your own)

VB - 5 miles

VG - 4 miles

NV - 3 miles
