ALL - 7 miles (10x400 @ 1600dp w/ 1min recovery)

PM - 4 miles VB

Tuesday, April 24 (practice @ 6th period)

Group 1 - 7 miles (Lambert Trail)

Group 2/3 - 6 miles

Group 4 - 5 miles

Wednesday, April 25 (practice @ 6:30am)

ALL - Premeet

Thursday, April 26 

Pioneer Dual Meet

Friday, April 27 (practice @ 6:30am)

ALL - 5 miles recovery run

PM - Team Pictures @ 3:30 (wear your uniform)

Saturday, April 28 (practice @ 8am)

Group 1 - 12 miles w/ 8x100 strides (Whittier Blvd)

Group 2/3 - 10 miles w/ 8x100 strides

Group 4 - 8 miles w/ 8x100 strides
