Who I Am...

I am a post-collegiate distance runner living out in Michigan as part of the Hansons-Brooks Distance Project. I have qualified for 2 Olympic trials in the marathon and was the youngest runner in the 2007 marathon trials at the age of 21. (WARNING: video contains explicit language) This is actually my 2nd "shit __say" video as my first one was pretty shitty. To me a "serious" runner is basically someone who has raced cross country or track.

Hansons-Brooks: Tim Young
Tim Young only ran for 2 years at JMU because the Men's track and xc programs were cut.  He now runs for Hansons-Brooks and has posted a 2:19:01 marathon in the fall of 2010
