Hello All,

Congrats to all the outstanding runners who ran at NYSPHSAA Championships! What a meet! The energy seemed high all day long at Lakeside Park in Pawling, we saw a lot of great things, like a team sweep with a perfect score! I hope you all enjoyed the long downhill after that nasty uphill, I know when I ran the course I thought it felt great. It was great hanging out with many of our long lost friends from across the state who had not seen in months! Also we thought it was pretty awesome to see the N.E.R.V in the same place as the Spike Bus, what a Dynamic Duo! Up next we be at Arlington High School just hanging out and doing our regular thing, then we are teaming up with the N.E.R.V again at the NYS Federation meet. The colder it gets the better the meets get!
