9:15 AM
 
The "Presentation of the Colors" by the T. R. Proctor High School NJROTC and the Playing of the playing of "The Star Spangled Banner" at the start line just prior to the start of the first race. All present are kindly asked to assemble in the area for the "Presentation of the Colors".
 


9:30 AM

Event 1. The Mello Testa.
 Modified Boys. Small Schools.
 Unlimited number of runners per school. School districts having multiple junior high buildings may enter each building as a separate team.



9:50 AM

Event 2. The Fred Ferris and Howard Rubin.
 Modified Girls. Small Schools.
 Unlimited number of runners per school. School districts having multiple junior high buildings may enter each building as a separate team.
 


10:10 AM

Event 3. The Bill DeLude.
 Varsity Boys. Small Schools.
 Maximum of 10 runners per school.



10:40 AM

 Varsity Girls. Small Schools.
 Maximum of 10 runners per school.

 Unlimited number of runners per school. School districts having multiple junior high buildings may enter each building as a separate team.



1:40 PM

Event 10. The Monsignor Francis J. Willenburg.
 Modified Girls. Large Schools.
 Unlimited number of runners per school. School districts having multiple junior high buildings may enter each building as a separate team.


Coaches are reminded that they can not enter a junior varsity team unless a varsity team, consisting of at least 5 runners, is entered.

The entry committee will divide the number of schools to determine the field for the varsity events. Race assignments are made based on the enrollments of the participating schools and on the total number of runners entered for each event. Every attempt is made to create balanced fields for each event. Schools with the smaller enrollments will run in the earlier events; and, schools with the higher enrollments will run in the later events. The field for each event may be found on the Event Assignments page beginning on Wednesday, 26 September 2012.

Coaches of schools that would compete in Events 1, 2, 3 & 4 (for schools with smaller enrollments) may opt to "move up" their Modified and Varsity squads in order to complete in Events 7, 8, 9 & 10 (for schools based on larger enrollments). Please note we have scheduled one JV boys event and one JV girls event this year. Coaches who want their runners to "move up" should call Dan Amado, 315-735-4432, before 11:59 PM, Sunday, 23 September 2012. Please conform to the deadline.

Coaches are reminded that the deadline for completing the entry process is 11:59 PM, Tuesday, 18 September 2012. Complete details on entering the meet are found on the Entering the Meet page.
