1. Hurdle Stretch-1x10 right side, left side (RL)

2. Trail Leg(TL) Fence- 2x10 RL

3. Lead Leg(LL) Fence- 2x8 RL

4. LL Lateral A-Skips- 4x4 hurdles 2 sets moving left, 2 sets moving right

5. TL A-Skips- 2x4 RL

6. 1-Step Drill- 2x3 hurdles

 

#2 Recovery Days

1. Hurdle Stretch- 1x10 RL

2. TL/LL Walk-Throughs- 3x4-5 hurdles

3. Leg Swing with Partner- 8 flexing, 8 extending

4. 5-Step Drill- 3x3hurdles
