Injured.

Published by

My advice to you? Don't get injured when you wanna do something. I tore my hip flexor which led to other muscle problems (I.T.Band, lower back issues, foot problems etc. etc. etc.) My dad says its because I'm a weakling, but really my muscles are just unaligned. But its perfect timing when I have ALL my important races coming up. LOSSA passed, I still had my injury, at least I made it to the finals for 400m even though I couldn't keep up on my training. BUT ALL IS NOT LOST my relay team made it to OFSAA and we came in 2nd place to St. Mary's. No worries amigo's we got it next year! Laughing
