Registration Fee for 2013 – $150
Includes: Uniform, Practice T-shirt, Pictures, Meet Entry Fees, Ribbons & Trophy

You MUST bring a copy of your Athlete’s Birth Certificate
Only Complete Registration paperwork will be accepted
Payment Plans and Sibling discounts are available.
All Families must volunteer at 2 meets and must participate in 2 Fundraisers!
A refundable Volunteer fee of $30 will be collected and due by Sat., March 09, 2013 and returned upon completion on May 19, 2013 at the season end picnic.
