Point Grey's newest member, Kevin Friesen captured the BC 10,000m title on Saturday at the final race of the Q Victoria Track Series.  Running away from the pack, Friesen won the race in 30 minutes, 39 seconds establishing a new personal best.  This was Kevin's second BC title this year as he also won the BC 5,000m championships in a time of 15:02 back in July in the scorching heat.
