Wisconsin - Ran together at regionals finishing 8th through 12th.  Dominated every race this year, took five of first six at Big 10 for thirteenth consecutive title (:18 second difference from 1-5), but #6 runner was 39th.  If team stays healthy, would be a tight win over Ok State.

Ok St - Won Midwest Regional and able to rest some runners.  Have looked very good but loss of Macheso and rise of Wisconsin puts the Badgers first by a whisker especially after :43 spread at Big 12, Manilafasha opened at Big 12 as #5 for the Cowboys

BYU - Won Mountain region over Colorado and Northern Arizona.  Great Performances at Notre Dame and Wisconsin Adidas show their strength but a failure from one runner will make it difficult for them to trophy, Top five finished within :35 to win first WCC title

Stanford - #3 runner (Wisconsin Adidas) Ben Johnson missed Pac-12 and if he misses NCAA, it is unlikely they will trophy

Colorado - Second at Mountain region.  Top NCAA returner Bosshard opened at PAc-12, expect improvement and took Mountain Region off.

Oklahoma Second at Midwest Regional and nearly caught Oklahoma State 42 to 45. :28 spread for top five runners at Big 12 meant second to Oklahoma State

Iona - Second at Northeast region after #5 runner had an off performance.  Dominant performance to win MAAC (15 points) for the 21st consecutive time

Indiana - Ran well at Great Lakes regionals and finished second to Wisconsin. Lost by average :31 to Wisconsin at Big 10 to finish second (:37 difference 1-5)

Florida State -  Took three of top four spots at South region but #4 and #5 runners back.  Still won South region.  2nd at Acc as 1-5 :55, no Rickman #3 returner 59th at NCAA

Portland - Ran very well at West Regionals and barely lost to Stanford (50-53).  Lost out on 33rd straight conference victory after BYU joined WCC

Georgetown - Pack running at Mid-Atlantic got them a win as Frosh Lundy finished third and NCAA vets finished 6-8.

Villanova - Sheridan second at Mid-Atlantic and looking like old self at Iona as team finished second.  Won Big East with solid depth (6 in top 14, :16 separation from 1-5)

Texas - Lutz has been very impressive so far (fourth at Big 12) but races start to get longer.  Team finishes second at South Central region.  Team closing the gap at Big 12 for third (3-4-5 :46, :51, and :53 behind Lutz) after ragged run at Wisconsin Adidas (3 runners :57 to :58 behind)

Princeton - Freshmen and sophomores ran well behind Cabral’s win at the Mid-Atlantic region.  Team finished third.  Won Heps even with vet Leung not running well in brutally cold conditions

Arkansas - Finished third at South Central Region.  Won SEC with 1-2 finish and :31 difference for 1-5.

NC State - Hill wins the Southeast regional as he continues his tremendous season.  Team dominates the region.   Developing depth helped team to tight win over FSU at ACC

Northern Arizona - Estrada Won Big Sky title by :23.  Took 5 of first 11 spots at Big Sky.  Real competition happens at Mountain regional.

Eastern Kentucky - Second at Southeast region. Fourth at Pre-Nationals and won sixth straight OVC title

Syracuse - Won Northeast region as two sophomores easily had their best races of the season.

Texas A&M - Second at South Central Region with their best performance of the year.  Lelei won the regional.
