DyeStat Metro editor John Nepolitan reports that 2008 NXN New York champ Alex Hatz has been cleared to resume training again following his late summer kidney operation. That is good news for his teammates at Fayetteville-Manlius Dyestat.com's US #3 boys team.

Earlier this week Hatz went for a short run and Aris went on to say that ,  he (Hatz)  was beaming as if he had just won the gold medal in the Olympic marathon.” DyeStat Metro

It can be expected that the FM star will use much of the season to race himself into shape with a focus on New York Feds and the Nike Cross Nationals series.
