Well boys and girls, here we go. The first weekend of NXN Regional Meet is upon us. I'm in Sioux Falls, SD for the Heartland meet. I was at the course yesterday and it is wet. I can't wait for it to freeze over Friday night and really make things interesting. The conditions will most definitely expose the strongest, fiercest cross runners in the Heartland. This is not a place for the timid. Make sure to check out all the updates to come this weekend. I'll have tons of pictures and maybe some cool videos, too. Take it easy, dudes. Chris
