Well gang, the Heartland Meet was a success.

I've been back on the road as I head south to The Woodlands for the NXN South Regional, and I've had a bit of a trip down memory lane as part of my trek has taken me past the sites of my first two meets of the season, The Fleet Feet Kickoff in St Louis and The Challenge of Champions in Mobile.

It's hard to believe how fast time has flown by, but it's all been so much fun that I won't complain about it.

I know some of you kids still have some regular season racing. Yesterday, I watched my high school team run some 400s on the same dirt course I used to run many moons ago as they sharpen up for the Florida State Meet. You guys keep focused on your state meet, and everyone, get excited for all the fun that is the impending regional race!!
