Wow! Our first release is available for purchase and just in time for for cross country athletes transitioning into their winter training or adult runners preparing for Boston. We will continue to update the site throughout the coming months and we'll provide free videos to everyone on the email list. 

Thanks for your support and we'll be working on new titles starting in January with the hope that we will release them prior to the outdoor season.
