Head XC Coach at Christopher Newport University.

I have spent six years coaching collegiately (Western Oregon University, D-II; Adams State College, D-II; Portland State University, D-I; Concordia Univeristy, NAIA; Bethune-Cookman, D-I) and seven years coaching at the high school level in Oregon (Thurston HS; Central HS; Glencoe HS) and Arizona (Phoenix Country Day School).

My high school coach, DeWayne Cantrall, changed my life. And after seeing how much one person could affect so many, I decided while in high school that all I wanted to do was coach. It is my goal to positively affect lives through the sports of cross country and track and field.
