I graduated from Clark Community college in 2008 where I ran XC and track. I wqs not very good, the only performance I am actually proud of was my 800 which is still my PR of 1:56.51. Since then I have joined the Bowerman Athletic Club, and become a member of their elite team. I have been on their Past four Hood To Coast Teams, including the winning team of 2010. My training has changed tremendously and I have set Prs in every distance except the 400 and 800.
