She is definitely on the radar. When making this list, I simply stuck with the top 5 returners in each of the seeded races. I will have the ability to be a little more objective the next go around! Thanks for reading.

You might want to rethink this list and include Amaris Tyynismaa of Alabama who won the 13-14 year old girls race in 16:57 and returns this year as a freshman. She should challenge for a top spot based on her performances.
