Hi, my name is Dustin Beauchamp.  I am currently the cross-country and track coach at Alta Sierra Intermediate School in Clovis, CA.  My runners go on to compete for Buchanan High School, one of the most successful programs in the state of California.

   I started running in the 8th grade.  I continued to run in high school, at Buchanan High School, and was part of the #2 team in California that year.  My team included Fernando Cabada, and Casey Burchill. 

   I continued running at California State University Sacramento for 2 years, before I became a recreational runner and coach. 

   Since then I have run 2 marathons, Los Angeles and San Diego, and have been coaching cross-country and track for 5 years at the high school, junior high, and elementary level.  The most notable runners I have helped coach are Mikel Thomas, Jonathan Peterson, and Krystal Duke from Clovis High School.

   As for my family, I married a fellow runner, Carrie Beauchamp (Lovejoy), and we have a 13 month old son named Jack.
