Who I Am...

I run.

I sometimes run for no reason at all.

I am tragically uncoordinated, hence the nickname "eggbeater legs"

I like bananas. A lot.

I hate wearing pants.

I fear bees. I do my best training running away from bees.

Deep down, I still feel like I can be super fast someday.

I love exploring. I could never do the same run every day.

I have a terrible sense of direction.  Coupled with my love of exploration, this trait has lead to many unplanned long runs.  I once ended up on an I-5 off-ramp, 10 miles from where I thought I was going, and still had to run home.  I do my second-best training getting home from being lost.

I love cross country season the best :)

I really enjoy racing the 3k and mile, but I'm better at the longer stuff.

I once lost a race because I peed my pants.

PR's:

Mile: 4:57

3k: 9:49

2-mile: 10:18

3-mile (cross country): 16:23

5k - 16:48

5k (cross country) - 17:01 (on way to 6k)

6k (cross country) - 20:55

10k - 34:50

I haven't PR'd in a couple years because of injury, so I really hope to get my times down again soon.

Much better PRs than me. How many days a week are you training to get that?

We miss you alot! also maybe try drawing an alot of running. Not sure what that would look like. but you are the talented one so im not supposed to know

Your PR's aren't too shabby! Do you run for a school?

Thank you! Yes, I run for the University of Montana in Missoula. It's been awhile since I've been in that kind of shape (I was injured for a very long time) but I'm healthy now and hoping to improve on those times this spring :o

I was also injured for a very long time. Do you think the running has an antidepressant effect?

So you say in your overview that you got lost while running and ended up on an I-5 offramp once. But I-5 doesn't even come within 350 miles of Montana. Does this mean that you have to do 600-mile long runs or something? XD

Haha, no :o I was staying with a friend in Seattle at the time - unfamiliar territory.

Brosh!!!! I'm glad to have some Montana companionship. Have fun at MY house in Eugene during Oregon Relays! Wish I could come along but Spokane will have to do this year.

Hw long have you been running? Do you believe certain people are "born" for certain track events or do you that genetics doesn't matter? Just wondering.
