Coach Rob Conner discusses some of his coaching practices he has learned over his 22 year tenure at the University of Portland, a team that makes a yearly appearance on the NCAA Top 25 rankings list. His group of 10k runners allows him to treat them all very similarly, so he discusses how to treat these Division I level distance runners.
