Run Portland and Katie Mackey-Follett’s Coach, Portland, OR

Coach Sean took some time to discuss Run Portland and how he met and began coaching one of the nation’s top 1500 meter runners, Katie Follett.  Here, he chats about how he approaches integrating his philosophies into Katie’s training, and what their plans are for Katie’s season in 2012, an Olympic Trials year.
