So this weekend was huge!!! Went camping and did lost of beach running, and raced a 5k saturday morning. Won it in 15:59.44 to finally break the 16min wall ive been trying to break all High School. I was 1 second off the school record once again... 300...

Running has gone well, will be doing a smal 4th of July run on the coast. Well if ya wanna run with me call me or every thursday in july High School and 2+ year grads can meet up at 4:30 to run.

Lon run today was great pushed it up some sweet hills... Things are going good right now. Just need to hydrate more:-)

Havent been able to run the last few days, but ive recovered with a 5am run this morning and doing the myrtle routine and plan on running this evening to make up forr the loss. Todays run went well actually. Cant wait for September....

After my rest day went out and got a nice long run in on the west salem hills, bit muddy in some places:-) but it was good although the big ten killed me afterwards lol me and push-ups dont work to well but im workin on it.

Well day two was good, the run was easy but the humidity sucked... the new pedestal routine was different and i have never done it before so it will take some getting use to but it was good.

Day 1 went well, it was nice to shake the cob-webs off. The run went good i felt gooduring and after. The Titan Ten+ was actually a really good workout, it felt good and i could feel it doing its job.
