I am a sophomore in high school.  I am the 2 time defending champion of region 1AAA in GISA for XC.  I was 2nd in state XC despite being sick with swine flu the week before, it was a fun race. I ran 16:47.  I consider myself more of a longer distance runner-5k and above.
