Feed Back

After six months, I took 11 minutes off my previous best marathon time!  He is intelligent, observant and creative. His coaching has improved my confidence enormously, and I no longer spend any mental or emotional energy on my workouts.

- Dave W.

“After trying to switch to a more minimal shoe and failing several times before getting it right I knew this was something I had to share.”

New Minimalist Programs

Anyone familiar with the running world lately has certainly noticed a small revolution taking place within its ranks. Shoes getting lighter, heel heights dropping. What's next, shoes with individual toes? Oh wait, we have those too. While the toe shoes aren't for everyone, runners and walkers both can benefit from learning how the Minimalism Movement could help make you stronger, more injury resistant, and put some high stepping fun back into your running and walking. The problem is, while there’s a lot of info out there about minimalist shoes, there isn’t a lot of info out there about HOW to go minimalist and stay injury free. This requires a delicate balance between strengthening, good running form, and a healthy dose of restraint. Let us teach you how to use your new minimalist shoes effectively and safely so that running is enjoyable through Good Form Running training and a customized minimalist program.
